Coaching is a profession which helps you and your organization identify values, set meaningful goals, take action, and obtain support to reach goals with greater clarity and ease.

Coaching also provides a set of skills for future application after coaching is completed.
Coaching focuses on how you live your life each day, rather than on your past or psychology. It supports you to take action now. Coaching is support to move forward, notwithstanding your worries, fears, or past experience.

A coach challenges you, motivates you, and helps you hold yourself accountable for the life you want, giving you complete support along the way.
Coaching for executives and professionals can address a broad range of topics, such as:
How do I move forward in my career?
Can I sustain this pace and be healthy?
Will I regret not spending more time with my family?
Am I making my greatest contribution?
How do I begin succession planning?
What do I want my legacy to be?
Individual coaching focuses on your personal values. Coaching for business teams focuses on the mission, values, and goals of the organization.
Knowing the training, certification, and experience of your coach is important.

Coaching may be done individually or in groups of varying sizes.
Coaching needs are as variable as the individual. To develop the skills which coaching provides, it is recommended that you commit to a minimum number of sessions.

Your goals will guide the nature of the terms of the coaching agreement.
Many of Susan's executive and professional clients prefer to coach by phone because of their demanding schedules or because they are outside of the Omaha area. Susan also sees clients at her office located in a lovely historic building south of the Old Market in Omaha. Onsite coaching can also be arranged.
A written agreement will provide clarity about who will be coached, the coaching services to be provided, the time, and the cost.
